Jescar Doueihi

Started in 2011 as a carpenter/leading hand to establish myself in the construction industry with Scopeview projects, as it became apparent to myself, I was quickly drawn to how quick I was learning the process of renovating, building and coordinating trades to complete tasks. Began my course in carpentry to complete and further qualify myself, this then allowed myself to achieve the completion of the certificate IV in building and construction.

Once I completed my tenure at Scopeview projects, I knew that the only way to further my
experience was to join a much larger company to get a taste of a more challenging role. In 2017 I took the job role at Rawson Homes as a site manager, building 18- 22 homes at one given time ensuring the completion of residential houses. Later that year in 2017 myself and a few other supervisors took the challenge of joining Wisdom Homes as Site Supervisors to look after two estates containing 75 houses in one central location. Fast forward to 2020, I have now successfully acquired the builder’s license and opened a building company.
